Welcome to our latest project in Thornhill, Ontario – a stunning 3000 square feet home that has undergone a major renovation. The open concept layout is flooded with natural light, making up for the 8’ ceilings with a skylight over the staircase. One of the standout features of the home is the modern open staircase with glass railings, adding a touch of elegance to the space.

Throughout the home, you will find light oak engineered flooring that adds warmth and sophistication. The custom kitchen is a true showstopper, with cabinets featuring a combination of matte white and textured oak doors, a panelled fridge, sleek stone sink, and a modern faucet that tie the whole look together seamlessly.

The family room boasts a 6’ linear gas fireplace with a marble mantel, which was also used for the kitchen backsplash. All four bathrooms have been renovated, with the powder room featuring a wall-hung toilet with an LED-lit niche and a contemporary vanity with under-cabinet lighting.

The master bedroom is a luxurious retreat with a wallpapered feature wall, custom ripplefold drapery, sheer panels, and custom bed covers. For added privacy, motorized blinds have been installed throughout the house.
