For this project, we took on the task of adding a two-story addition to the back of the house, completely transforming the space inside and out. The main challenge we faced was the narrow space, which initially restricted layout choices. However, with our exceptional planning skills, every inch of the space was utilized to its fullest potential.

The end result is a stunning 2100 square foot living space that includes an office, kitchen with dining area, cozy family room, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, laundry, and even an apartment in the basement with a separate entrance, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and laundry room. The family room features a contemporary three-sided fireplace with a TV niche, creating a cozy and modern atmosphere.

Custom kitchen cabinetry from Skona Design, a unique island/dining table combination, and a spacious primary bedroom with a makeup desk and ensuite are just a few of the luxurious details that set this project apart. Contemporary open staircase, vertical wooden planks, and top-of-the-line materials add sophistication and style to the space.

Engineered flooring on the first and second floors, all-new windows and doors, roof, and insulation were added to bring the house up to modern standards. The exterior of the house was also given a makeover, with interlock paving, wooden railings on the porch, and a large deck perfect for summer entertainment and barbecues.
