Located in North York, this condo townhouse underwent a full top-to-bottom renovation, resulting in a stunning transformation that added value to the property. The main challenge of the project was working with concrete structural walls that needed to be accounted for, potentially limiting the planning process. However, the team was able to overcome this obstacle and create a beautiful and functional space.

One of the standout features of the renovation was turning a bearing wall into a focal point custom wall, featuring a TV/fireplace on one side and storage/TV on the other side. Creative lighting design was also incorporated throughout the space, adding ambiance and style. The addition of glass railings on the staircase made a big impact, opening up the space and creating a modern look.

In a little girl’s room, two types of wallpaper were used to create a magical space for her to grow and play in. Storage, study, and closet space were all carefully considered to maximize functionality and organization. Custom cabinetry from Skona Design was used throughout the home, adding a high-end touch to the design.

Custom drapery panels were added to enhance the warmth and coziness of the space, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The renovation truly transformed the condo townhouse from “blah” to “wow,” showcasing the potential of the property. When the time came to sell, the value had significantly increased, proving the success of the renovation project.
