This complete condominium transformation was designed to bring a sense of calm, comfort, and understated luxury to everyday living. By completely reimagining the layout, we created a more open, functional space that feels bright, spacious, and effortlessly connected.

One of the project’s biggest challenges was working around existing structural ductwork. Rather than allowing it to limit the design, we carefully integrated it into the overall concept, creating clean architectural lines while maximizing both functionality and visual flow.

A soft palette of light natural tones, complemented by striking black stone accents, gives the home a sophisticated, boutique hotel feel. Layered textures, including luxurious textured wallpaper, add warmth and depth, creating an interior that feels refined without being overly formal.

Every design decision—from the space planning to the custom details—was made with comfort and practicality in mind.
