Welcome to our custom home project in South Etobicoke, where design meets inspiration to create a truly unique space. As a designer, I always start by gathering inspirational photos from my clients to understand their preferred style, color palette, and materials. In this case, my clients drew inspiration from the interiors of the Club Monaco store, setting the stage for a sophisticated and modern design.

To bring their vision to life, I visited the Club Monaco store to capture photos and videos for inspiration. With this in mind, I transformed their home with a tasteful blend of elements, such as pastel blue walls, light oak engineered flooring, and soft white kitchen cabinets. Elegant wainscoting was incorporated to achieve a timeless look that exudes sophistication.

One of the standout features of the home was the circular design elements inspired by the store’s entrance logo. This motif was used on the floor and carried through to create stunning ceiling designs in the dining room and kitchen. The island shape was repeated in a matching dropped ceiling in the kitchen, ensuring a cohesive flow throughout the space.

The entrance was adorned with two types of marble tiles cut using Waterjet technology, offering endless design possibilities and versatility for various applications. The custom kitchen boasts a walk-in pantry, servery, and banquette seating for added coziness.

Grasscloth wallpaper adds texture to the dining room, while custom drapery panels and luxurious velvet dining chairs complete the look. The ensuite features heated floors, marble tiles, custom vanities, and a makeup table, showcasing attention to detail in every room of the house.

With thoughtful touches and a blend of inspiration from Club Monaco’s interiors, this custom-built home is a reflection of the client’s tastes, exuding timeless charm and a touch of modernity. Each room is filled with unique details that make the space truly personal and one-of-a-kind.
