" I met Maria at the Toronto Home Show about 15 years ago. She had a beautiful booth and was full of ideas and energy. We agreed to meet and I filled her in on the situation I had with a house that I just couldn't get an offer on. Staging in those days was not very common; and she was ready to take this project on full course. She created beautiful custom window coverings, helped me find furniture, pictures and trinkets that fit perfectly and worked hard to try to achieve my guidelines of a very reasonable budget. She even helped me shop on kijiji for the larger items that I couldn't afford. The house showed beautifully; just abit over the edge which made it truly unique. She is extremely talented, hardworking, unselfish and honest. She will go the extra mile to make sure you are happy. She is a designer with heart; and although sometimes I needed some time to get on the same playing field as her; we always came to an agreement and the project is always fabulous. She loves detail and will stay dedicated to the project until it is a piece of art and you leave saying "YES"; this is my happy place. We have worked together for many years now and I love her as a designer and as a friend. "
