Welcome to one of our favorite projects to date—a custom-built lakefront home on the shores of Simcoe Lake, where every detail was designed to capture the serenity of the surrounding landscape.

Our vision was to blur the boundary between indoors and outdoors, allowing the tranquility of the lake to flow naturally into the interiors. Inspired by the relaxed elegance of Florida’s coastal homes and the warmth of Muskoka cottages, we created a timeless space that feels sophisticated, welcoming, and deeply connected to nature.

The design concept was inspired by the way sunlight dances across the water throughout the day. Soft natural tones, warm wood textures, layered materials, and carefully selected blue accents echo the ever-changing colours of the lake, creating an atmosphere that instantly slows you down and invites you to relax.

This 3,200 sq ft custom home features:
